pow() 函式 - 計算冪次與開根號

利用pow() 函式, 設計一個可以輕鬆計算冪次與開根號的工具.
參數說明
pow(a,b);
a=底數
b=指數(次方)
return a的b次方

另外補充
sqrt()可計算開根號
sqrt(a)    return a開根號
abs()可計算絕對值
abs(a) return a的絕對值
需有<cmath> 標頭檔
