602 字元字串與檔案處理

設計說明：
1. 修改程式碼片段中的程式語法、邏輯上的錯誤，執行結果如範例圖。



int strcmp(const char* cs, const char* ct)：比較字串cs和ct。
int strncmp(const char* cs, const char* ct, size_t n)：比較字串cs和ct的前 n 個字元。
如果前面大於後面則是true=1，相等為0，小於則是-1。
